The breakfast was amazing. We had the continental and were super impressed with the variety of healthy fresh food. This was a last minute booking the result of a delayed flight. We took a chance using. Booking.com just to find somewhere near the airport for 1 night at a reasonable price. Our expectations were low. We just wanted a bed after flying for 2 days from Canada. And so we were very very grateful for the warm welcome we received, the cozy, clean room and comfy bed. Also we were happy thantheee was a nice restaurant to have dinner as we were too tired to go anywhere else. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Thank you everyone!

The young lady at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and advised us about the facilities like their restaurant and bar. This young lady was very professional and friendly and made us feel at home. She is the reason why we will be back. At check out this morning (Sunday) we were checked out by the hotel manager himself. He was very polite and validated our parking ticket which was nice of him. The Hotel is well run. We ordered some food from their restaurant and the two chefs on duty were great. The food was well presented and tasty. 8 out of 10!

This is possibly our 10th stay here. Very nice location for music concerts. We came to see Sting this time. Staff are always friendly. I like the environmental updates made - providing a water filling station for a glass bottle and notifications in the bathroom about water and towels. I also noticed the upgrade with the electrical points.

It is so convenient for Grand West Arena which was our main reason for staying. It is also a good base. Its great to have the bar and restaurant on site, The staff are helpful as a whole however, get a bit lax when they are busy after a concert or show so more staff would be useful to help with service especially at the bar.
